The relationship that we have with the Travel Providers are governed by separate terms and conditions that govern the (B2B) commercial relationship we have with each of these Travel Providers. Please note that Travel Providers may have, declare applicable and/or require the acceptance, of, in addition to the policies and fine print as disclosed on the website, their own terms and conditions and house rules for the use, access and consummation of the Travel.

"Travel" means the various different travel products and services that can be ordered, acquired, purchased, bought, paid, rented, provided, reserved, combined or consummated by you from the Travel Provider.
"Travel Provider" means the professional provider of accommodations, including but not limited to hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast facilities, and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for Trip Reservation on the Platform (whether B2B or B2C).
"Travel Service" means the online purchase, order, (facilitated) payment or reservation service as offered or enabled by 3d2nworld.com in respect of various products and services as from time to time made available by Travel Providers on the Platform.
"Travel Reservation" means the order, purchase, payment, booking or reservation of a Travel.
In this Platform, 3d2nworld.com and its distribution partners provide a means through which Travel Providers can advertise, market, sell, promote and/or offer, as applicable, their products and service for order, purchase, reservation, or hire. This Platform also offers site visitors the opportunity to discover, search, compare, and make an order, reservation, purchase or payment for Travel Services offered by the Travel Providers. By using or utilizing the Travel Service, or making a Travel Reservation, you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual agreement with the Travel Provider with which you make a reservation or purchase a product or service (as applicable). 3d2nworld.com acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Travel Provider, transmitting the relevant details of your Travel Reservation to the relevant Travel Provider(s) and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Travel Provider. By using this Travel Service and/or availing a Travel Reservation 3d2nworld.com does not (re)sell, rent out, offer any (travel) product or service.
The information disclosed and provided in the Platform is based on the information provided by Travel Providers through their access granted by 3d2nworld.com to its network and systems. By virtue of said access, the Travel Providers themselves input and update all rates/fees/prices, availability, policies & conditions and other relevant information which are displayed on the Platform. While reasonable skill and care is used in performing our Travel Service, 3d2nworld.com is not responsible for verifying or guaranteeing the accuracy, completeness and correctness of information provided by Travel Providers. 3d2nworld.com is likewise not responsible for any errors, typographical and/or manifest or otherwise, interruptions, whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information provided by Travel Providers. Each Travel Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of all information displayed on our Platform with respect to their respective offerings. 3d2nworld.com’s Platform does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating of any Travel Provider or its services which were made available.
3d2nworld.com’s Travel Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
You warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website, including, but not limited to, the use of your account by others, such as minors living with you. You agree to supervise all usage of this website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse, suspicious activity, signs of fraud, or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of this website may result in 3d2nworld.com cancelling any bookings associated with your name, email address, or account, and closing any associated 3d2nworld.com accounts.
You warrant that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You understand that 3d2nworld.com reserves the right to take any necessary legal action for any violation of any of these terms and conditions, or for your commission of any fraudulent activities, including claims for monetary losses, litigation costs and damages.
The prices as offered by the Travel Providers on our Platform are displayed including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes) and fees, unless stated differently on our Platform or the confirmation email. Prices are per person or group and subject to validity or expiration as indicated on the e-mail, if applicable. Applicable fees and taxes (including tourist/city tax) may be charged by the Travel Provider in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our Platform for a specific stay, product or service, however, these rates made available by Travel Providers may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example, non-cancelable and non-refundable stay, product or service. Please check the relevant product, service and reservation conditions and details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.
Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.
All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labelled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes.

Unless indicated otherwise, 3d2nworld.com does not charge for website access, or the use of the Travel Service. 3d2nworld.com does not add any additional fees to the rate. You will pay the Travel Provider the relevant amount as indicated in the Travel Reservation (plus - insofar not included in the price – relevant applicable taxes, levies and fees (if applicable)).
3d2nworld.com allows Travel Providers to offer the opportunity for Travel Reservations to be paid, wholly or party, to the Travel Provider during the Travel Reservation process by means of secure online payment, which is available to the extent offered and supported by your bank. For certain products and services, 3d2nworld.com facilitates, through the aid of a third party, the payment of the relevant product or service for and on behalf of the Travel Provider. You understand that 3d2nworld.com never acts nor operates as the merchant of record when it facilitates how the Travel Provider receives your payment. Any payment we facilitated for and on behalf of and transferred to the Travel Provider will in each case constitute a payment of the price of the Travel you availed with such Travel Provider.
Certain offerings of Travel Providers require upfront payment by credit card, wherein your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged, sometimes without option for refund, upon making the Travel Reservation. You are advised to check the details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your Travel Reservation. By making such Travel Reservation, you acknowledge to have read these additional conditions and will hold 3d2nworld.com free and harmless for any charge by the Travel Provider because of these additional terms. You acknowledge that you cannot refund from 3d2nworld.com any valid or authorized charge by the Travel Provider, including pre-paid, no-show, and cancellation rates, from your credit card.
In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible, pre-determined amount. If your credit card company or bank charges the deductible from you because of unauthorized transactions resulting from a reservation made on our Platform, we will pay you this deductible, up to an aggregate amount of One Hundred Dollars (US$100). In order to indemnify you, please make sure that you report this fraud to your credit card provider (in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures) and contact us immediately by email (customer.relations@3d2nworld.com). Please state 'credit card fraud' in the subject line of your email and provide us with evidence of the charged deductible (e.g. policy of the credit card company). This indemnification only applies to credit card reservations made using 3d2nworld.com's secure server and the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through our default or negligence and through no fault of your own while using the secure server.
Only Travel Providers which have established partnerships with 3d2nworld.com will be made available on this site. 3d2nworld.com is not an open platform (like Amazon or eBay) where end users can make their product available. 3d2nworld.com does not allow non-professional parties to offer or sell their products on or through 3d2nworld.com. These Travel Providers may have other applicable terms and conditions, in addition to those stated in the 3d2nworld.com Website, which they may have linked to the information concerning their Travel, including applicable cancellation and/or no-show policies and city or tourist tax information.
By making a Travel Reservation with a Travel Provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Travel Provider, and to any additional terms and conditions of the Travel Provider applicable to your Travel, including those provided in the Platform or in the rules particular to that Travel Provider, for services rendered and/or products offered by the Travel Provider. The relevant terms and conditions of a Travel Provider can be obtained from the relevant Travel Provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Travel Provider is made available on our Platform on the Travel Provider information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change. Applicable city/tourist tax may still be charged by the Travel Provider in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please check the (reservation) details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Please note that a Travel Reservation which requires down payment or prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar as the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant due or payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the Travel Provider and the reservation.
Please carefully read the fine print and important information in your reservation confirmation for additional policies as may be applied by the Travel Provider. You are responsible for indicating the correct details when you attempt payment. You will not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Travel Provider agrees or allows otherwise under its pertinent policy.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your Travel Reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the Travel Provider's pertinent policies or may not be entitled to any repayment of any amount. You are solely responsible for reading these policies prior to making your reservation and prior to making timely payments as may be required therein.
You are also responsible for communicating with the Travel Provider should there be any contingencies which will prevent you from timely arriving at the venue for check-in. While 3d2nworld.com may offer a service to coordinate with your chosen Travel Provider, you understand that you will hold 3d2nworld.com free and harmless for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or if you are charged a no-show fee by the Travel Provider.
3d2nworld.com will send you emails, upon completion of a Travel Reservation, reminding you of your Travel Reservation shortly prior to your arrival date. 3d2nworld.com will likewise e-mail you after your arrival to rate the Travel Provider and the Travel Service, and after the end of your stay to complete our guest review form. 3d2nworld.com disclaims any liability or responsibility for any communication by or with the Travel Provider on or through its platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the Travel Provider or (any form of) acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or request. 3d2nworld.com cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be (duly and timely) received/read by, complied with, executed or accepted by the Travel Provider.
You undertake to provide your correct e-mail address to duly complete and secure your Travel Reservation. 3d2nworld.com is not responsible for and has no obligation to verify any wrong or misspelled email address, inaccurate or incomplete phone number or credit card number, which you may have entered into this Platform.
Any claim or complaint against 3d2nworld.com or in respect of the Travel Service must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the scheduled check-out date. Any claim or complaint that is submitted after this period shall be denied, forfeiting any right to refund or compensation.
3d2nworld.com values the opinions of its users and those who avail of its Travel Reservations and strives to ensure that only quality and relevant feedback will be included in the Platform. As such, only customers who have stayed at the Accommodation will be invited by 3d2nworld.com to comment on their stay, either by accomplishing a guest review form, a link to which will be sent via e-mail, or rating certain aspects of their stay. In accomplishing these ratings, you are aware that 3d2nworld.com will upload this onto the relevant Travel Provider's information page on our Platform for the sole purpose of informing customers of your opinion of the service and quality of the Travel Provider. You also consent that your review of the Travel may be used, either in whole or in part, and placed by 3d2nworld.com at its sole discretion on our Platform or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps, or other channels owned, hosted, used, or controlled by 3d2nworld.com and our business partners. You also voluntarily submit the same, without any expectation of compensation, concession, incentives or rewards whatsoever.
You are only allowed to submit reviews within a period of twenty-eight (28) days after your stay. Each review will only be available for twenty-four (24) months after posting to maintain its relevance.
3d2nworld.com reserves the right to adjust, refuse, or remove reviews at our sole discretion insofar it violates our policies.
3d2nworld.com undertakes to use its best efforts to monitor and remove reviews that include obscenities or the mention of an individual’s name or reference to stolen goods.

3d2nworld.com and the Travel Provider are each entitled to terminate their relationship for whatever reason (including in the event of breach of contract or (filing for) bankruptcy) with due observance of the relevant notice period as agreed between both parties.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, 3d2nworld.com shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the Travel Reservation confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).
To the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the Travel Provider as made available on our Platform, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the Travel Provider or other business partners, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our Platform, or (v) any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the Travel Provider or any of our other business partners (including any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, subcontractors or affiliated companies) whose products or services are (directly or indirectly) made available, offered or promoted on or through the Platform, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
3d2nworld.com is not responsible (and disclaims any liability) for the use, validity, quality, suitability, fitness and due disclosure of the Travel and makes no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind in this respect, whether implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that the relevant Travel Provider is solely responsible and assumes all responsibility and liability in respect of the Travel (including any warranties and representations made by the Travel Provider). 3d2nworld.com is not a (re)seller of the Travel. Complaints or claims in respect of the Travel (including related to the offered (special/promotion) price, policy or specific requests made by Customers) are to be dealt with by the Travel Provider. 3d2nworld.com is not responsible for and disclaims any liability in respect of such complaints, claims and (product) liabilities.
Whether or not the Travel Provider has charged you for your Travel, or if we are facilitating the payment of the (Travel) price or fee, you agree and acknowledge that the Travel Provider is at all times responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes due on the total amount of the (Travel) price or fee to the relevant tax authorities. 3d2nworld.com is not liable or responsible for the remittance, collection, withholding or payment of the relevant taxes due on the (Travel) price or fee to the relevant tax authorities. 3d2nworld.com does not act as the merchant of record for any product or service made available on the Platform.
By uploading photos/images onto our system (for instance in addition to a review) you certify, warrant and agree that you own the copyright to the photos/images and that you agree that 3d2nworld.com may use the uploaded photos/images on its (mobile) website and app, and in (online/offline) promotional materials and publications and as 3d2nworld.com at its discretion sees fit. You are granting 3d2nworld.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, unconditional, perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, display, have reproduced, distribute, sublicense, communicate and make available the photos/images as 3d2nworld.com at its discretion sees fit. By uploading these photos/images the person uploading the picture(s) accepts full legal and moral responsibility of any and all legal claims that are made by any third parties (including, but not limited to, accommodation owners) due to 3d2nworld.com publishing and using these photos/images. 3d2nworld.com does not own or endorse the photos/images that are uploaded. The truthfulness, validity and right to use of all photos/images is assumed by the person who uploaded the photo, and is not the responsibility of 3d2nworld.com. 3d2nworld.com disclaims all responsibility and liability for the pictures posted. The person who uploaded the photo warrants that the photos/images shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses or infected files and shall not contain any pornographic, illegal, obscene, insulting, objectionable or inappropriate material and does not infringe any third party (intellectual property right, copyright or privacy) rights. Any photo/image that does not meet the aforesaid criteria will not be posted and/or can be removed/deleted by 3d2nworld.com at any time and without prior notice.
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our Platform and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material therein are owned by 3d2nworld.com, Inc. and the respective Travel Providers.
3d2nworld.com exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Platform on which the service is made available, including guest reviews and other content.
You are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use 3d2nworld.com’s content (including any translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand without our express written permission.
Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions or behavior will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights and shall entitle 3d2nworld.com to prosecute you to the maximum extent of the law.
These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Taguig City, Philippines, to the exclusion of any and all other venues.
This Terms and Conditions are prepared in the English language, although it may have been translated into other languages. In case of conflict between this version and any and all other translated versions, the English version of these terms and conditions shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.
