For example, when you avail travel reservations through 3d2nworld.com, we collect personal information about you that will allow us to validate your identity as well as that of your companions and person/s you have made travel reservations for. You may also provide other information, such as credit card details and payment information for purposes of billing and collection of fees for the products and services that you avail from us. We may use these information to remind or follow up the status of your reservations or to communicate with you regarding them.
    As we connect travelers with providers of accommodation services, we collect these information in order to facilitate your travel reservations and to make everything go smoothly for you.
  • To improve our products and services. We collect, use, process, and analyze how you use our products and services so that we can understand how to improve them for your benefit.
  • To understand your needs and preferences so that we can serve you better. Maintaining a record of the services that you avail and how you availed them from us allows us to gain a better insight of the kinds of offers that would be relevant to your preferences. From time to time, we may send you product recommendations and special offers that we think will interest you.
  • To continuously improve our business and operations. For example, we analyze customer usage of our network and facilities to help us manage your account, provide customer care activities, monitor the quality and security of the network, train our staff, and plan for future growth.

  • Take part in our research, product reviews, promos and surveys, in relation to the trip that you have reserved through us or in your experience using our website and availing our services;
  • Register for an account in our website, where you may save your personal settings, upload photos, review previous reservations and/or plan future reservations and be entitled to benefits only available for account holders;
  • Become our Partner, Vendor, Contractor or Supplier; and/or
  • When you apply for a job with us. 

Most of the personal information we have are those that you have given us yourself. These include information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address. Depending on your travel reservation, we may also ask for your home address, telephone number, payment information, date of birth, the name and age of the guest or guests that will be travelling with you and any preferences that you may have regarding your trip.

You may also supply personal information about other persons when, for example, you made a booking for another person, either for personal use or to facilitate business travel.

When you make a travel reservation, our system registers through which means and from which websites you have made your reservation or entered 3d2nworld.com websites and/or apps.

3. Information we collect from other sources

We also collect information from commercially or publicly available sources like published directories and public documents. We may also obtain your personal information from third parties and from other sources which you have given separate consent for the disclosure of such information relating to you and where otherwise lawfully permitted.

These includes affiliates we have tapped to ensure the wide distribution and availability of our services online. When you use these affiliates to make a travel reservation to be facilitated by 3d2nworld.com, you provide the reservation details to them, who then forward your details to us.

We also integrate third party service providers to facilitate payment between bookers and trip providers. These service providers share payment information so we can administer and handle your travel reservation, to make sure that everything goes as smoothly for you as possible.
